Host Bree Gordon speaks with returning guest, Ricky Aiken.  Ricky is the Founder and Executive Director of Inner City Innovators and the Hope Dealers Movement in West Palm Beach, Florida.  After experiencing the devastating effects of community gun violence first hand, Ricky and his team began to advocate for, mentor and empower their community through innovative violence prevention programming.  With the recent surge of gun violence plaguing the country, Ricky shares his stories of success in connecting his community through these initiatives and provides mentorship and resources for others looking to support their neighborhoods.
